Household Inventory

Ever hear the expression “a picture is worth a thousand words”? Well that goes double when it comes to insurance claims, but it’s worth even more when accompanied by a household inventory.

When a loss occurs, you are responsible to prove to the insurance company that you actually owned what you are claiming was lost. Insurance adjusters all agree that a detailed inventory makes their job easier. We also suggest taking photos or videos of each room in the house to help you mentally re-construct what you had prior to the loss.
