Earthquakes

Driving in to work this morning I heard on the news that many people in our area felt the effects of an earthquake that occurred yesterday. The earthquake was centered somewhere in Canada, but was felt as far away as New York and New Jersey.

Most business insurance and Homeowner insurance policies specifically exclude coverage for damage to your property caused by earthquake. However, for a rather reasonable charge, coverage may be purchased and added by endorsement.
